Lemon Garlic Fish Fillet Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 fillets fish tilapia, basa, halibut, etc
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1-3 tbsp vegetable oil or veggie broth
- 3 cloves garlic chopped or minced
- 1 tsp parsley and/or dill dried or fresh, chopped
- salt and pepper or no salt seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease baking dish with oil.
- Rinse fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place fillets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle oil on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 8-12 minutes.
- Or Sous Vide method: Put salmon and ingredients in a freezer bag and remove air (dip the bag in a bowl of water) 127F for 45 Minutes. Serve with roasted asparagus and lemon
