  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease baking dish with oil.
  2. Rinse fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place fillets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle oil on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 8-12 minutes.
  5. Or Sous Vide method: Put salmon and ingredients in a freezer bag and remove air (dip the bag in a bowl of water) 127F for 45 Minutes. Serve with roasted asparagus and lemon
