Stir Fry Veggies and Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- mushrooms/carrots/water chestnuts/snow peas/broccoli/onions/peppers/corn/bean sprouts
- 3-4 tbsp veggie broth use as substitute for oil
- 3 tbsp tamari
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 6 oz noodles miracle noodles or a whole grain soba
- garlic
- ginger
Instructions
- For soba... Boil water for noodles. Put noodles in when boiling until done.
- Cut up veggies and begin to fry until relatively soft/cooked.
- Pour 1 tbsp tamari and 1 tbsp sugar when all veggies are mostly done. Cover pan and cook until done.
- Add in cooked noodles and the rest of the tamari and sweetener and stir so it doesn't stick to the bottom for a couple of minutes. Serve.
