Fresh Rolls
Vietnamese Style Fresh Rolls

Ingredients
- 1/2 block firm tofu cut into sticks
- 1 package miracle noodle optional
- 9 stalks spring onions chopped
- 1-2 cucumber cut into matchsticks
- 1 cup basil
- 1 package mint
- 3-4 carrots grated
- 1 package brown rice paper
- Sauce
- 1-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- If cooking tofu, bake strips in oven or airfrier.
- Get a bowl and fill with warm water. Soak the roll paper in the water until malleable.
- Add a bit of each ingredient into the roll and wrap closed.
- Dip into sauce (soy sauce, honey, minced garlic,lime juice) and enjoy!
