Garlicky Kale
Garlicky Kale Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut milk or just cream
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp garlic grated (about 2-3 cloves)
- 12 cups chopped kale about 4 large stalks. with all hard stems removed
Instructions
- Put all ingredients minus the kale into the blender (start with liquids first) and puree
- Lay out kale in 3qt dish and massage in the puree. Let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
