Fried Rice/Quinoa

Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 1 c quinoa
- 1 c rice
- 1 pinch mushroom spice
- 1/2 c cabbage
- 1/2 c carrots/peas/beans add what you like!
- 1 splash soysauce
- 1 splash sweet soysauce or sugar alcohol mixed with soy sauce
- 1/4 c veggie stock
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks green onion divided
- 1 jalepeno optional
Instructions
- Cook quinoa and rice in rice cooker and add a splash of lemon and mushroom spices
- Cook the 'egg' tofu in the veggie stock and slowly add garlic and half of the green onions.
- Add in other veggies and then the rice. Top with soy sauces and serve
