Ingredients

• 6 cups water
• 1/2 cup dawn dish soap
• 1/2 cup corn starch
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp glycerin

Instructions

1. Dissolve cornstarch in the water, stirring really well.
2. Add Remaining Ingredients Stir in the rest off the ingredients, being very careful not to create a lot of froth.
