Slow Cooker Tikka Masala Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 block tofu extra firm and cut into slices (or 1-2lb chicken)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 tsp cumin ground
- 1 1/2 tbsp graham masala
- 3 cloves garlic minced or frozen cubes
- 1 tbsp ginger minced or frozen cube equivalent
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3-1/2 cup coconut milk
- lemon, cilantro,fresh onion for garnish
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except coconut milk and garnish into the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours. Crock-Pot High (3 hours) → Instant Pot Slow Cook (More setting): 4-5 hours
- Add in coconut milk and garnish
