Rice Soup (Congee) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 4 cup water
- soysauce to taste
- fish sauce to taste
- spring onion to taste
- ginger chopped to taste
- 1 lb chicken breast
Instructions
- Boil rice and water for about 20min or until rice is soft. If adding chicken cook until chicken is done
- Add sauce and onion/ginger for flavor
