Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes (Russet, Golden Yukon, or both) Mixed types of potatoes may yield the best results
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- 1 1/2 pounds of potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Place on stovetop, on High heat and bring the pot to a boil. Reduce heat to Low, and simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes, util potatoes can be easily pierced with gentle pressure.
- 4 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
- Drain the potatoes once they are ready, then mash them into small chunks.
- 1 tablespoon milk
