Ingredients
- 1-4 wantons/dumplings choose your favorite flavor!
- 1 serving ramen noodles usually amounts to 1/2 cup
- 2-3 tbsp mushroom powder I like to add a dash of the trader joes mushroom seasoning to this
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp rice vinegar can be omitted if you don't want a sour taste
- handful green veggies (cabbage and mushroom are my fav!) chopped
- 4-5 cups water
Instructions
- Add 4-5 cups water to saucepan and add the mushroom powder.
- Add vinegar and soy sauce and stir for 1 min.
- Add green veggies and dumplings and cook until done (usually, 3-5min depending on the dumpling)
- Add noodles at the end so they do not get too soggy
- Serve and eat immediately so that the noodles do not get overly soggy.
