Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or beef strips
- 1/2 yellow onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 7-9 fl oz Bulgogi sauce
- 1-2 green onions (optional) chopped
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet.
- Add the garlic and onion to the meat and continue to cook until onions are translucent and garlic is lightly toasted
- Reduce heat to simmer, and add Bulgogi sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes
- Serve with rice or noodles. Garnish with green onions if desired.
