Breakfast Casserole

A combination of sausage, egg, and cheese is a delicious and simple casserole!
Ingredients
- 4-6 slices bread torn up in small pieces
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 cup sharp cheddar shredded
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Tear up 4-6 slices of bread and place in a 13x9 inch greased pan.
- Brown 1 pound of sausage
- Spread sausage on the bread in the pan
- Sprinkle 1 cup of sharp cheddar on the sausage and bread
- Beat 6 eggs and 2 cups of milk togeether
- Add in 1 tsp of dry mustard and 1 tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper
- pour beaten egg mixture over the bread and cheese
- (Optional) top with additional layer of cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. NOTE: This casserole can be made the night before and stored in the fridge and baked the next day.
