Quick Broccoli with Soy Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 stalks broccoli
- cup tamari
- cup water (how ever much soy sause is used double that amount for water)
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil or veggie broth enough to cover the bottom of pan
Instructions
- Pour the oil/broth into the pan (make sure you have a cover for the pan) and heat(medium to low).
- Add broccoli and stir for 1 minute
- Add soy sauce (to taste), water (4x the amount of soy sauce), and cover for 5-6 minutes (stirring occasionally).
- Serve with brown rice or rice noodles (hint: noodles cook faster if you're in a hurry!)
